My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for my visit to London, but the rooms had some issues with dampness and a musty odor. The service was friendly overall, but there were some unsettling incidents. The dining experience was decent but lacked variety compared to other similar hotels in the area. However, the facilities were satisfactory, and the price was reasonable.
